Boxers for Dummies

Product Description

Strong, smart, loyal, and self-assured, the Boxer is great with kids and makes a wonderful family pet. A typical boxer has boundless energy and curiosity and is a natural clown. Boxers excel at obedience training, hospital therapy volunteer work, and rescue work, and they make excellent watchdogs as well.

There is a lot of information here. From the breed history, to training, to behavior tips, to choosing a Boxer, this is the book. There are few books that contain this much Boxer information. You can’t go wrong with this title. The author has written this well, as it is an easy, enjoyable read.

    nothing special
I agree with one of the preceding reviews. Substitute beagle or French poodle for boxer and you have 90% the same book. I was looking for a little more insight.
